Important Dates to Remember:
• August 1, 2026: Last day to redeem your current points by making a reservation.
• August 10, 2026, at 5:00 PM EDT: Smoky Mountain Rewards will be temporarily paused.
• December 31, 2026: Last eligible stay date for reservations booked with existing points.
• December 31, 2026: Any unused Smoky Mountain Rewards points will expire.
