Enroll in Smoky Mountain Rewards by Smoky Mountain Resorts. It is quick and easy to register online or can be done over the phone by simply dialing 1-866-216-7371. If you have already booked your vacation with Smoky Mountain Resorts just ask the front desk about joining Smoky Mountain Rewards during the Check-In process. If you are already in house just stop by the Front Desk at any time and they will be more than happy to help you enroll.
Start Saving! Once you are enrolled you will receive an official membership card at check-in. This card entitles you to special savings when making a reservation with Smoky Mountain Resorts, a 10% discount at specially chosen restaurants throughout Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg, and 20% savings at local wineries like Hillside Winery, Mountain Valley Vineyards, The Apple Barn Winery, and SugarLand Cellars in Gatlinburg. Review the listing online and make sure you show your membership card when you are at these fine establishments.
Redeem your points. For every dollar you spend with Smoky Mountain Resorts you will receive points that can be viewed online through your Smoky Mountain Rewards Portal. There you will be able to see how many points you have and what is currently available in the Smoky Mountain Marketplace for redemption. You will be able to spend your points on things like free nights at Smoky Mountain Resorts, Gift Cards for Smoky Mountain Resorts, Dining Gift Cards, Winery Gift Certificates, and Local Attraction Tickets.”
